金风送爽，稻菽飘香！9月25日，由商务部主办、我校承办的“商务部援外学历学位教育项目东北师范大学2024级教育管理与政策硕士项目”开学典礼举行。商务部国际商务官员研修学院党委副书记、纪委书记郑乐、东北师范大学党委副书记王延、吉林省商务厅对外投资和经济合作处一级调研员董丕一、国际合作与交流处处长张景萍、教育学部、国际合作与交流处相关负责人参加了开学典礼。典礼由国际合作与交流处副处长汪晓波主持。

In this fruitful and golden season, the opening ceremony 2024 of the MOFCOM Degree Education Program — Master of Educational Management and Policy of Northeast Normal University was held on September 25. It was sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and organized by the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), MOFCOM, and Northeast Normal University (NENU). Mr. Zheng Le, Deputy Secretary-General of CPC Committee and Secretary-General of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), MOFCOM, Mr. Wang Yan, Deputy Secretary-General the CPC Committee of NENU, Ms. Dong Piyi, Division Director of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, Department of Commerce of Jilin Province, Ms. ZHANG Jingping, Division Director of International Cooperation and Exchanges also attended the ceremony. Representatives from the Faculty of Education, and Division of International Cooperation and Exchanges were present at the opening ceremony. Mr. Wang Xiaobo, Deputy Division Director of International Cooperation and Exchanges of NENU hosted the ceremony.

典礼上，郑乐代表商务部国际商务官员研修学院致辞，他对来自14个国家的29名硕士留学生表示热烈的欢迎和诚挚的问候。他表示，东师一直以来非常重视教育援外工作，教育管理与政策硕士项目现已成为东师来华留学工作特色，这一促进文化交流的宝贵平台不仅能够深化中国同其他发展中国家之间的深厚友谊，更将有力促进中外教育领域的广泛合作与交流。

Mr. Zheng Le, on behalf of the AIBO, MOFCOM, extended heartfelt congratulations for the official commencement of this degree education program and welcomed all the new 29 students from 14 countries. He said that NENU is dedicated to education aid effortlessly, this Master's program has become a model and platform of study at NENU, which will further strengthen the friendship between China and other developing countries and promote cooperation in the field of education.

王延代表学校致辞，对此次学历学位项目的正式开班表示祝贺，对在场参加开学典礼的各位新生表示欢迎。他表示，教育管理与政策硕士项目现已成为“留学东师”品牌，在此基础上形成了人才培养、教育交流、科研合作互动的新模式。教育援外已成为对外开放的新篇章和服务各国的新平台，为教育国际化指明了新方向。

Mr. Wang Yan, on behalf of Northeast Normal University, expressed a warm greeting to the Master’s program of Educational Management and Policy. He said this degree program has now become a distinctive feature of the university's international education. A new chapter of opening up to the world and a new platform for serving the nations emerged, pointing to a new direction for educational internationalization.

教育学部教师代表朱红寄语新生，希望他们能够培养高度的适应性和灵活性，掌握AI工具，提升自己的学术能力；拥抱多样性，包容不同文化，建立和谐的人际关系。

As a teacher representative, Ms. Zhu Hong conveyed a message to the new students. She expressed that flexibility and adaptability will be essential skills for the students in this new environment. Students should familiarize themselves with AI tools in academic work such as analysis, data management, and literature reviews. She also encouraged students to embrace diversity and inclusion, prioritize mental health, and become global citizens.

斯里兰卡籍学员苏美达（MEDAGAMA GAMAGE SUMEDHA MADUBHASHINI SUMANASENA）代表2024级教育管理与政策硕士全体新生对主办单位、承办单位表示感谢，感谢招生与培养单位以及所有致力于发展商务部学位学历项目的各位同仁对学员们的关爱与帮助。

Ms. Medagama Gamage Sumedha Madubhashini Sumanasena from Sri Lanka expressed her gratitude and privilege to be the student representative. She expressed her cordial appreciation to the sponsor, the Ministry of Commerce, and the organizers AIBO, MOFCOM, and NENU. She thanked the admission and education organizations, and all the staff dedicated to the development of the MOFCOM Degree Education Program for their care and assistance.

At the ceremony, Ms. Zhang Jingping, Division Director of International Cooperation and Exchanges, presented the NENU Badge to the student representative, and new students of the Class of 2024 wore the NENU Badge at the same time.

在赠书环节，郑乐和王延为2024级新生颁发了英文版《习近平谈治国理政》，鼓励学历学位学员了解中国共产党为推动构建人类命运共同体、促进人类和平与发展崇高事业贡献的中国智慧和中国方案。

During the book-presenting session, Mr. Zheng Le and Mr. Wang Yan presented the English version of Xi Jinping: the Governance of the Country to the Class of 2024, encouraging the new students to learn about the Chinese wisdom and solutions that the CPC has contributed to building a community with a shared future for mankind and promoting the noble cause of human peace and development.

赠人玫瑰，手有余香。典礼还对12名2023级教育管理硕士志愿者进行了表彰，他们在接机迎新、报到注册工作中圆满完成相关志愿服务活动，弘扬了“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿服务精神，展示出东师人“传帮带”的人文关怀。吉林省商务厅对外投资和经济合作处一级调研员董丕一、教育学部副部长梁荣华、国际合作与交流处副处长孙德胜为志愿者颁奖。

The roses in their hand, the flavor in ours. During the orientation and registration of the new students of Class 2024, 12 volunteers from Class 2023 completed the volunteer service, pushed forward the volunteer spirit of dedication, friendship, mutual help, and progress, and carried on their good deeds to the next class and the strong humanity care of NENU. Ms. Dong Piyi, Division Director of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, Department of Commerce of Jilin Province, Mr. Liang Ronghua, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education, and Mr. Sun Desheng, Deputy Division Director of International Cooperation and Exchanges presented awards to the volunteers.

截至2024年，东北师范大学共承办了8期教育管理与政策硕士学历学位项目，累计培养了来自坦桑尼亚、埃塞俄比亚、南苏丹、纳米比亚、塞拉利昂等35个国家的166名学员，为推进“一带一路”建设、构建人类命运共同体作出了积极贡献。

As of 2024, NENU has organized a total of 8 Master of Educational Management and Policy Programs, cultivating 166 students from 35 countries in total such as Tanzania, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Namibia and Sierra Leone, etc. This endeavor has made significant contributions to advancing the "Belt and Road" Initiative and building a community of shared future for mankind.
